Should I use natural deodorant?

Yes yes and yes!

Let’s talk about why you should use clean deodorant! 💚

Conventional deodorants contain ingredients that have been linked to health issues. - fragrance, aluminum, parabans and more!

When I used to use aluminum deodorant I actually would sweat more! I also started developing boils and cysts under my arms :( it was a NIGHTMARE. I promised myself I would try a clean brand and never looked back!

I never had boils again!

I did find that I’m allergic to baking soda and it would create an itchy rash but once I found my two favorite clean deodorants I never got a rash again!

CONS OF ALUMINUM DEODORANT :

• Aluminum - linked to breast cancer in women, prostete cancer and increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease

• Synthetic Preservatives (Parabens, Phenoxyethanol etc..) - disrupt hormonal balance, linked to birth defects and organ toxicity

• Synthetic Fragrance - "Phthalates" (Parfum, Fragrance, Natural Fragrance Oils) - endocrine disrupters

• Propylene Glycol - can cause damage to the centra nervous system, liver and heart

• Triclosan - classified as a pesticide by the FDA and classified as a probable carcinogen by the EPA

• Baking Soda (for those that are sensitive and get rashes from this ingredient)

So ditch the toxic deodorant and find a clean one! 🤍

Finding a natural deodorant can be really hard! Don’t worry I’ve bought over 20 and found the best ones (I’m dead serious)

My favorite is @ecoroots I just tried their coconut one and fell in love. Controls my smell and doesn’t give me a rash 🙌 WIN WIN They also have an unscented one and sticks! 😍

It doesn’t give me any weird rashes and controls my body odor! - like for real! I’m Italian so ya know 🥲😅😂
